Simple Mango Salad with Tilapia


I’ve had many friends tell me they don’t have much time to cook a healthy homemade meal or can’t cook at all, so I wanted to share a simple, light, tasty, and fresh recipe that anyone could make. Only chopping and mixing required for this dish! ¬†You could really cut these veggies however you like, cubed or sliced depending on how you want to serve them.

Ingredients:
1 Large (almost ripe) Mango
1 Lime

1/2 English Cucumber 
10 Cherry Tomatoes (Small)
1/2 Large Avocado
1/2 Red Onion
1/4 Cup Rice Vinegar
1 Bundle of Fresh Cilantro
1/4 Tsp Sea Salt
1/4 Tsp Crushed Black Pepper

These are a GREAT option when are having a sweets craving but don’t want to ruin your diet OR as a pre or post workout protein snack (cause the oats and protein mix)… and they are so easy to make.

Pre Heat Oven to 350

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup Oat Flower (you can make this at home by blending raw oats in a food processor or blender)
1/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
1 tsp Pure Baking Soda
1/2 cup Chopped Almonds
1 tbs Cinnamon
8 packets Stevia in the Raw
1/2 cup Peanut Butter & Coconut Spread
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Olive Oil
2 Whole Eggs
60% Dark Chocolate Chips (optional)
