The most basic and often used nutrition plan is that of assisted meal planning. With this program, we sit down with you one-on-one and look at your eating habits, lifestyle habits and life goals. Together we figure out a plan of action that is right for you in achieving your fitness and health goals. You will check in weekly to let us know how the plan is working for you and if there are any issues we will make adjustments. We will alter the meals as we go to keep it interesting for your palette and to avoid hitting plateaus. We are very flexible to different dietary preferences and needs.
This plan works well for those committed to making body composition changes OR for those who just need to be held accountable for what they eat to maintain their current health. Every plan is individualized and we will track progress through body measurements, body fat tests and weight loss/gain.
