Personal Training is the Groundwork for YOUR Personal Growth.

The physical body is merely a representation of how you have chosen to live your life up until this point. The total change of your outer self requires a willingness to look into the dark corners of ALL your daily habits and address how they are effecting your health, for better or worse.

What you will receive:

One-on-one training This will likely be the core of our time spent together, but is only the beginning. For those seeking long term greater health, time together can be spent addressing any issues that may be standing in the way of your progress.

**For those seeking JUST distance/online training, the same hourly rate will be applied to time spent developing programs for you

Nutrition Consulting. Dieting is OUT. Learning to listen to your intuition and be educated about how certain foods effect your body is IN.  I am not a diet coach. The goal is for you to be able to KNOW what your body needs and when, and not be dependent on me, a schedule or an app to know how to eat. Once I help you to clear through the clutter and noise (and maybe weed out health issues if they exist) it will only be your own priorities keeping your from feeling and looking your best all the time!

Breath Work Guidance. Taking time to connect with yourself on the deepest level through breath work not only improves your ability to overcome challenge in your daily life, but poor breathing patterns can also inhibit proper movement and decrease your ability to use your body efficiently.

Accountability When staying on track is your largest struggle, we may choose to incorporate weekly email check-ins or in person meetings to help you stay on track and continue your progress.

Functional Movement Education. Everyone starts in a different place, and before one can squat, they must first know how to breath, how to crawl and how to walk. Mobility assessments, corrective work and connection to your body are key to building a foundation on which you can grow.

$150.00 an hour or $1350.00 for 10 sessions.
